Time to bring your suit to life.
Measurements and order details for custom women’s suits should be submitted at 8 weeks out.
Before submitting this form your deposit should be placed and suit designs should be taken care of and finalized with Bethany.
If you have not contacted Bethany to discuss your custom suit , please send an email to b@evofitsuitsbyb.com as soon as possible! Designing your custom starts at 10-12 weeks out from your competition.
Orders placed less than 8 weeks out will have a $150 rush fee. Scheduling a fitting is not available for rush orders. Promo codes/discounts are not applied to rush orders.
After your form (below) is submitted, Bethany will review and email your invoice for payment. Suits over $500 have the option of splitting up the payment. 50% of the invoice total is due upfront immediately. The remaining balance isn’t due until the finished suit is ready to ship (approximately 2.5 weeks out from your competition).

Cup Styles
Traditional Triangle Traditional bikini style fabric top. Includes pocket for option to add additional padding. Comes with light padding.
Wellness Bra-style Cup (+$40)
Wellness division ONLY. Has push-up built into the cups. Fitting required to ensure proper cup size and fit.
Molded Cup (+$20)
The cups are shaped with firm foam molded cups, which the fabric is sewn to. Cups have push-up padding built in.
Silicone Push-Up Padding
The standard strap style for figure/WP suits is 3 loop length options at the end of the strap that connect to hooks on the suit bottoms.
Sliders (+$15) on the back strap(s) is an upgrade option for all divisions.
Rhinestoned back-straps (+$50) feature the standard loop/hook style strap, covered in rhinestones to match the suit design.
Clear back straps (+$15) hook to a fabric strap that runs through the cup tunnel. They come with sliders and can be replaced if stained by tan.
Why request a fitting?
While the color and design of your suit is important, the fit is truly what matters! Requesting a fitting with this order form gives both you and Bethany the chance to make sure your suit is going to fit like a glove!
Non-local fittings are done by shipping your suit to you before it is rhinestoned so that we can make sure the cut and fit are just right. Any alterations needed after a fitting are done at NO COST!
Fittings take place around 4-5 weeks out from your competition. Once your suit is received, let Bethany know and we’ll schedule a time for a Zoom or Facetime call. During the call Bethany will have you run through your quarter-turn poses in your suit and you’ll chat about how the suit is fitting and if any alterations or adjustments are needed, and then just send the suit back and alterations will be made as needed, or if it’s perfect Bethany will get to work adding the bling!

Terms & Conditions
Once order is submitted the fabric, stone, and connector selection is finalized for your suit.
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements for your suit. Custom suits are made to the measurements you provide, so please be as accurate as possible. If you feel you are going to lose a significant amount of size (1” or more) before your show please include that in your notes.
Your order is not started until your payment is received and confirmed.
If a connector breaks after you receive your suit, EvoFit Suits by B is not liable to replace or fix the broken piece.
Any changes you or another individual make to your suit after you receive it are on your responsibility. EvoFit Suits by B is not responsible to damages or alterations made to the suit after it is received.
EvoFit Suits by B is not responsible for your suit to meet your federation guidelines. Be aware of what the guidelines are for coverage, and choose a suit cut that will meet these guidelines. If you are highly concerned with meeting your federation’s guidelines please consult your coach or the show promoter/host.
